Maria Marinero is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in providing support and guidance to women, children, families, immigrant populations, and incarcerated individuals. Maria possesses over 7 years of valuable experience in the counseling field after graduating with her Master’s degree from Wayland Baptist University.

Her practice focuses on helping individuals navigate through various challenges, including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual assault, and self-esteem issues. Maria's proficiency in both English and Spanish allows her to effectively connect with a diverse range of clients.

Utilizing a personalized approach, Maria incorporates diverse therapeutic modalities such as Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a Narrative approach. She believes in meeting clients where they are and collaboratively embarking on a journey of healing and growth.
