Chandler, adults, couples, CBT, DBT

Life can change in ways you never expected. Grief, loss, and transition can leave you feeling angry, stuck, or hopeless, and even though you may not say it out loud, carrying it all on your own can feel overwhelming. Jessie’s passion is to help you find a way through.

She earned her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University in 2024, graduating with honors as she did with her Bachelor’s in Counseling and Applied Psychological Science. Over the past five years, she has walked alongside people in some of the hardest moments of their lives, working in residential treatment centers for substance use and in fast-paced hospital environments, including neurological care and emergency rooms.

Jessie’s approach is simple: therapy should feel like a safe place to land. Her hope is that this practice feels like a sanctuary for you, where you can lay down the weight you’ve been carrying, reconnect with hope, and begin to heal. She is trained in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, but most importantly, she practices from a Client-Centered perspective—meaning you are always at the center of the work, and the path forward is built together.
