Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a therapist dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward healing. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I offer therapy for a wide range of concerns, with a special focus on grief, trauma, and life transitions.

I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in developing insight, building coping skills, and creating meaningful change. These methods are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals throughout the therapeutic process.

I welcome individuals from all walks of life and honor the importance of cultural identity, spiritual beliefs, and personal values in therapy. For those who wish to include faith or spirituality in their healing journey, I am able to thoughtfully integrate those elements into our work together upon request.
